I’m a project leader, data analyst and former wildlife biologist.

I love working with diverse teams to tackle ambiguous, complex problems and build creative, effective systems.

My mentors have showed me how to work to see the world through multiple lenses (or theoretical frameworks), whether to better understand trade-offs that drive employee compensation or even animal foraging. I enjoy digging deep to understand different perspectives and facets of a discipline quickly. I find the bulk of my gratification comes from harnessing that knowledge while working along-side committed teams to build replicable, scalable products that produce quantifiable impact.

Communicating the value of products and change to various audiences brings me a special kind of joy. Stories of science is one of my favorite things whether about optimizing labor relations strategy, predator-prey dynamics or the biggest bubbles at a kid’s birthday party.

I live with my husband, two kids and springer spaniel in New York’s Hudson Valley where we all explore the wildlife and open spaces as often as we can.

Thanks for visiting. Check out my ‘Science’ page for details about my research and for foundational research by others that has changed the way I think and see the world. Also, feel free to connect.
